If you're looking to for a fun-filled, entertaining vacation look no further. Cape Venture is ideal for large groups with kids and/or teenagers. This 3 level home is designed with families in mind. Also, the owner has spared no expense in decor. This home has bamboo floors throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances and plasma TVs.

Floor plan: Ground level-Bedroom 4 with king bed and full bath connects through a full bath to Bedroom 5 with queen bed and TV, Kitchenette, pool table and gaming area, TV/DVD, full bath and Bedroom 6 with a king bed. 1st Floor-kitchen, living room with big screen plasma displayed on the wall and VCR/DVD, dining area that opens out to a furnished deck, Bedroom 1 with queen bed that connects through a full bath to Bedroom 2 that also has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 with a king bed, TV and a full bath. 2nd Floor-A spiral staircase leads to the third floor which is the kid's hide-a-away with an ample amount of bunk beds, a large entertainment center, a kid-size table and buckets that line the wall for all the children's beach toys.

Starting from $500.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in 0% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
