This property is a 3-bedroom 2-bath condo located in the Villas of Sommerset complex minutes to the Disney World parks. This incredible unit has a master bedroom with a private bathroom, television, and queen-size bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. The unit is on the second floor of a two-story condo complex.
The living room includes a television, VCR, and pullout sofa-bed. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room include all utensils, cookware, and all appliances. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, central air conditioner, dishwasher, soap and laundry detergent included.
Clubhouse includes a computer room with internet access, large outdoor heated pool with hot tub, exercise facility, arcade, concession stand, video rental, game room with pool table, and picnic area with outdoor grills.

Starting from $90.00 per night. $200.00 down to hold a reservation. Balance due 30 days before check-in $180.00 security deposit. Cleaning fee varies. 4% processing fee.
