The middle level is a spacious living, dining and kitchen area with a gas fireplace; farmhouse dining room table that seats 10 with bar seating for 4.The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Wall to wall windows giving you an extraordinary view of the beach. The lower level has two gulf front bedrooms with private baths and the third bedroom is a kid's bunk room that sleeps 6, with its own bath. Starting from $395.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in 0% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted.
